Our service

Let Zero is here to make energy efficiency improvements simple and accessible. By offering expert guidance, practical support, and access to funding opportunities, we help landlords and tenants in South Yorkshire to navigate the retrofit process with confidence.

The Let Zero service is delivered by sustainability charity Pure Leapfrog and supported by the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority. It is currently in pilot delivery phase until September 2025.

Our project

The pilot is funded by Innovate UK as part of a project, also named Let Zero.

The project is being led by South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, supported by a consortium with expertise in needs of landlords and tenants, provision of advice and guidance, data collation and analysis, AI enabled optioneering, together with manufacturers and installers from retrofit supply chains.

The Let Zero service has initially been deployed in South Yorkshire but it is designed to be replicated across the UK, after being tailored to specific needs and local housing types. It will drive growth, innovation and revenue in local supply chains.
